After the mediocre effort of their last release Dead FM, STRIKE ANYWHERE has move on from FatWreckChords to full-fledge hardcore indie Bridge Nine Records.

This new release finds Thomas Barnett & Co combining their trademark socio-political insight with their most infectious hooks yet...'The Crossing' and 'Summerpunks' are goat-damned awesome songs that would bleed the ear

#4. Anti-Flag- The People or The Gun
Sincerely i was quite suprised with this release, considering the dud previous effort of over-produced 'Bright Lights of America' (not their fault really, maybe major label RCA try to sell 'em out)
Now at SideOneDummy, ANTI-FLAG has written their best record since 2001's 'Underground Network' for my money... "Sodom, Gomorrah, Washington D.C. (Sheep in Shepherd's Clothing)" ,"The Gre(A)t Depression" and "You're Fired" are gritty, furious, and poppy (in the good way) punkrock tunes #3. Teenage Bottlerocket- They Came from the Shadows
Best described by FatWreck on their website:

#2. Propagandhi- Supporting Caste
What more i could say about PROPAGANDHI? the Canucks are among the biggest institution in punkrock since i'm in high skool, and i always respected their views and activsm in anarchist causes, human rights violation. animal liberation etc
With 'Supporting Caste', Chris Hannah & Co has created a hugely significant full-length from a band that have proven, yet again, that they are still the crème de la crème of punkrock, with their usual brash of punk/hardcore/progressive trash all moulded into one...definititely a welcome addition to their already super-impressive discography

Sebelum ni gmbr sy adalah test roll utk kamera OM2N. Ni adalah gmbr pertama saya dari OM2N sy bukan test roll :)

Gambar ni saya tangkap semalam. Smlm sy pulang lewat. Dh nk maghrib masih kt atas jalan. Gmbr ni menunjukkn seorang lelaki sdg menunggu di traffic light (sbnrnya dia menunggang motor neh) utk menuju surau berdekatan lebih kurang 2km dari sini. Kt sini, suasana begini adalah biasa walaupn ditengah2 bandar yg mungkin tiada di tempat2 lain :)

Sebenarnya sy terfikirkn sesuatu. Baru2 ni kwn saya, Norah, ada bgtau klu fotografi ada satu "tajuk" baru best. Barulah ada hala tujuan ttg apa yg kita tangkap. Ni buat saya terfikir utk tangkap gmbr camni iaitu tangkap gmbr penunggang motosikal didepan saya (satu kelebihan utk org yg menunggang motorsikal) di traffic light. Saya rasa kedudukn camni sgt baik utk fotografi. Jarak lebih kurang 1m kedepan, saya boleh menggunakan aperture wide open dengan menampakkn DOF yg berkesan. Saya akan terus tangkap gmbr begini dn mungkin nnt sy akan compile gmbr2 camni dlm sebuah buku dn releaseknnya :) siapa tahu kan? :D haha

In St James's Park, there were a number of bushy tailed squirrels scampering around. Agile, amusing, cute and hilarious, always charging at smiling visitors for peanuts. Very entertaining.

Also, in the park, was this charming elderly lady. I did not chat with her, but somehow, i felt disturbed.

Her companion, was a sweet squirrel, and they valued each other for both, food, and companionship. Did you know that loneliness is contagious?

How many of us prefer to grow old alone, we're not Scrooge, are we? How many "i want to grow old with you" phrases have we whispered to our other half, before we go to sleep, in denial of the hurtful fact that,as time goes by, there'll be only one left.

The architect of our own misery (this phrase is quoted from Neil Gaiman's The Graveyard Book), is ourselves, i guess.

Sy masih ingat outing hari tu. Ingat nk keluar awal, outing cadangnya mula pukul 8am, tp last2 mula dekat pukul 10am :P Sy dtg dgn bas (tak tahu kenapa, sy suka public transportation) dn menuju ke Jln Dhobi, bandar vintage tengah bandar moden JB :) Sy habiskn 1 roll filem 135 dn 1 roll 120 hari ini, tp filem 120 BW tu saya belum develop.. Malasnya nk develop :P hehe

Currently working utk 2 projek baru. Guitar Midi Synth dn Electronic Bass. Projekt ntah kemana, hari sabtu nnt saya dh kena pulang semula ke JB. Kenalh pass over pada Udin. Esok kena cari tiket. Ingat nk try flight. Tp tiket hari minggu sudah habis..
